Who we are
The app and this website are run by IE Ulad Luch ("we"). Contact: support@luch.dev.
What you buy
Plus is a subscription that unlocks extra features in the iPhone app: reports, longer trends, triggers and trend widgets. You need an iPhone to use it. After you pay, you turn Plus on in the app with the activation link shown after checkout and sent in your receipt email.
Payments are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat. The price, currency and billing period are shown before you pay.
Free trial
Where a plan includes a free trial, it is for new subscribers only. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance by email if a renewal price changes.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the manage-subscription link in your receipt email, which opens the RevenueCat customer portal, or by writing to support@luch.dev. Cancelling stops future renewals; Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
Plus bought on this website is billed by us, not by Apple, so it isn't managed in your Apple ID subscriptions.
Refunds
If something went wrong, write to support@luch.dev and we'll look at it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including any right to cancel under the consumer law where you live.
Not medical advice
The app is a diary for symptoms and treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it doesn't tell you what to take or when. The quiz on this website gives a general description based on your answers, not a diagnosis. Talk to a doctor or GP about your symptoms and treatment.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. The app has no account and keeps your log on your iPhone.
